ARTIST STATEMENT
My works are works of empathy. I'm passionate about continually exploring the human condition, our perceptions and attachments to form, and the human need for connection. Whether my works are amusing, uncomfortable, or deeply sentimental, everything I create aims to facilitate a bridge of connection within ourselves and with each other. If anyone feels just a little more seen, heard, or self-aware through engaging with my art, then I feel my work has fulfilled its purpose.
ARTIST BIO
Jen is currently a student at Utah Tech University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art. She enjoys exploring a variety of mediums and is always a beginner at something. When she's not doing studio work you'll find her seeking adventures, usually outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones.
